Key responsibilities:
* To be responsible for maintaining accurate data within the HR MI system, producing reports as required.
* To provide proactive client service to our client's client group and the wider HR Team.
* Provide proactive, accurate and efficient support ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs, workflows, procedures and precedent documents.
* Provide efficient administrative support for all stages of the employee lifecycle ( ie joiners, leavers, induction, referencing, changes to terms & conditions).
* Ensure all hard/soft copy files are kept up-to-date and in line with departmental procedures.
* Provide payroll with accurate and timely information to process changes to remuneration/terms & conditions.
* Responsibility for the accurate and timely input of data into the HR MI system, generating reports and analysis when required.
