o Team will participate in testing activities for PeopleSoft CRMS and FSCM as client’s PeopleSoft environment is moving to a new platform and is being enhanced by the development team.
o Specific responsibilities will depend on skills of the individual consultants, but generally,
Consultant #1 will focus exclusively on load testing and performance testing
Consultant #2 will focus on functional and integration testing.
Consultant #3 may contribute in either of the areas above and may also function as a test manager.
- Skills
o Consultant #1 Performance/Load Tester
Deep experience with load and performance testing of applications in a Unix environment – required
Experience with load and performance testing on PeopleSoft CRMS and FSCM – highly desired
Knowledge of test scripting tools – preferred (client currently uses QA Director and JMeter but is open to using other tools)
Solid written and verbal communication skills
o Consultant #2 Functional/Integration Testing
Experience designing and conducting integration testing in a Unix environment – required
Experience with functional testing on PeopleSoft CRMS – required
Experience with functional testing on PeopleSoft FSCM – highly desired
Experience with load and performance testing of applications in a Unix environment – preferred
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with end users
Ability to provide guidance to other functional testers regarding the critical work paths requiring testing
o Consultant #3 Hands on Testing Lead/Mgr:
Combination or variation of skills listed above for Consultants 1 & 2.
