This is a crucial role to ensuring that customers receive the highest possible of customer service, with a particular focus on delivery accuracy and general order management support.

You will be an accomplished line manager, adept at dealing with both short term logistics issues, as well as longer term people development strategy. You must have a track record in communicating at all levels from Managing Director to Sales Managers to Customers and other members of staff.
You will have:
Customer Service, Distribution, Forecasting and Inventory Management background.
Excellent IT skills including Excel, & Word and be conferrable using ERP / MRP systems (SAP a bonus)
A commercial mentality.
The ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

A competitive salary range for this position is currently ￡30-￡38K with a company car including a fuel card. A Total package from ￡40-45k for the right candidate.
