Your contribution

The Position

The Sales Representative contributes to the success of PepsiCo BeveragesCanada through maximizing business growth by providing exceptional customer service to largeand/or small format accounts; large format accounts such as large supermarkets and small format accounts such as convenience and gas stores, small supermarkets, and drug stores. Responsibilities

Develop all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service
Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution within the territory
Sell and execute national and local promotions, solicit placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks and sell sufficient product inventory
Utilize point-of-sale materials to stimulate sales
Must maintain and increase shelf facings, and racks; clean shelving and racking; and rotate product
Provide excellent service to assigned accounts; create and maintain goodwill with all customers
Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
Eliminate out-of-stocks and out-of-date product through effective order taking
Work closely with PBC delivery department to ensure effective service
Monitor and report on competitive activity
Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner


Required Experience, Skills and Abilities




Successful completion of High School (or equivalent) required


Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a business-related discipline


One - two years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred


Food service or consumer products experience preferred


Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills


Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite


Solid oral presentation skills required


Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle


Must be able to lift/carry 45-50 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day


Must be able to push/pull 50-250 pounds


Must be able to perform frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, and reaching over shoulder

Reporting Structure The Technology Specialist reports to the Manager IS Computing Services at the head office in Bedford. Duties and Responsibilities (Accountabilities) Provide ongoing support (and resolve escalated incidents) for all networks, servers, storage, firewall, security, and other technology. Plan, build, upgrade and deploy new network, server, etc. installations. Create and execute the desktop/laptop deployment process. Operate within ITIL-based Incident Management and Change Management processes. Stay informed of changes to IS systems/applications and general changes in the IT industry as a whole. Participation in an on-call rotation is required, and some evening/weekend work may be required at times. Strong knowledge of Windows Server and server/storage/client administration, monitoring and hardware. Good working knowledge of IP networks and technologies. Experience working in a manufacturing/plant or marine environment would be an asset. All Brand Ambassador must also have access to a vehicle as they need to transport their booth. Travelling within an hour outside your city may be required.

Our Environmental Management group is dedicated to managing environmental issues professionally and proactively. Our staff of professionals includes specialists in marine biology, wetland science, wildlife biology, soil science, fisheries biology, botany, hydrogeology, hydrology, forestry, habitat and ecosystem restoration, permitting, GIS, and Information Management. We help our clients to identify and respond to opportunities and threats within constantly changing regulatory and corporate environments, through active engagement with the public, stakeholder groups, and governmental regulators.

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and motivated Water Resources Engineer or Scientist with a keen interest in wetland and stream restoration to join a multi-disciplinary Environmental Management Team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experts in the fields of ecological restoration, wetland and aquatic science, land development, environmental remediation, geotechnical engineering and transportation to deliver innovative and effective solutions to our clients’ diverse problems.
Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate, you will be joining a large and skilled team of water resource engineers in our offices across Eastern Canada, and will have the opportunity for leadership and growth with a diverse and challenging water resources workload. As Senior Water Resources Engineer or Scientist you will use your technical abilities to plan and carry out water resources projects in a dynamic Environmental Management Team with a diversity of project needs. You will use your communication skills to mentor junior and intermediate team members, explain complex issues, and develop new clients and assignments. Other responsibilities include:
Undertaking the detailed studies, modeling and design tasks associated with wetland and stream restoration, drainage or stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control projects;
Coordinating with project managers, design engineers, technical staff and/or multidisciplinary team members to ensure that the projects’ needs are met in a timely and effective manner;
Preparing proposals for new projects;
Managing project budgets, staff allocation and preparing and reviewing invoices prior to issuance;
Meeting with agency and municipal officials with respect to project-specific stream and wetland restoration issues, stormwater management issues or other relevant inquiries from external bodies;
Writing reports and design briefs to document analyses;
Taking responsibility for the quality of your written, technical and graphic work; and Coordinating design drawings..
Qualifications:
As the successful candidate, you will possess the following qualifications:
Degree in engineering, geosciences, environmental science or natural science.
Minimum 8 years professional experience in environmental hydrology, wetland and watercourse restoration, watershed level hydrology analyses, river hydraulics, erosion prevention/sediment control planning, and water management, or related fields.
Experience in business development, project management, and client liaison/ management,
Excellent team-building and management capabilities, solid oral and written communication skills are desired.
Consulting experience would be considered an asset.
Good working knowledge of environmental legislation under Nova Scotia Environment would be considered an asset
Familiarity with local practice and markets would be considered an asset.

Marketing Communications Manager

Position Mission: Manages all aspects of the integrated marketing communications planning process including strategy, creative development, execution, and ROI measurement, in support of the Caribou Coffee Brand and discreet (Retail and Commercial) lines of business.

Responsibilities Include:
? Develop and implement communications plans that deliver against key Caribou Coffee business objectives.
? Responsible for day-to-day management of marketing communications projects, including internal creative resources and external agencies.
? Integrated marketing strategy and communication development (advertising, social media, collateral, team member communications, online/digital, etc.).
? Oversee the creative process to produce brand-appropriate and strategically grounded creative.
? Partner with the Retail and Commercial Marketing teams to develop brand-building creative and communication plans that deliver on annual marketing plan, and detailed promotional calendar initiatives.
? Partner with Retail Operations to provide a communications plan that helps team members connect with the Caribou Coffee brand and key initiatives.
? Partner with Internal Communications to develop communication around plan details and delivery for store execution guide.
? Ensure projects are flawlessly executed with on-time delivery and plans are within budget.
? Strategize around marketing efforts, providing a framework and evaluate effectiveness/ROI of marketing strategies/programs.
? Plan performance and tactical optimization of the communications plan throughout the beat prior year performance.
? Analyze and make recommendations for appropriate marketing tactics needed to turnaround underperforming stores or markets.
? Analyze success of regional and local marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis ? maintain, communicate and educate on most effective tactics.
? In conjunction with Director of Brand Communications, search out, analyze and identify best practices of other retailers.
? Participate in forecasting, budget management and financial reporting process.
