We are currently searching for a professional Regional Manager – Fashion in the Halifax, NS area. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for achieving the profit and productivity goals within a group of stores (9 – 12) by managing all aspects of the day to day store operations. Expected to build and develop powerful and diverse Sales Managers and Associates that will drive sales results and ensure internal growth of the organization. Stores under supervision include Company owned stores as well as “Store within Store” concepts within department store chains. The successful candidate possesses 3-5 years retail management experience and the ability to understand, translate and communicate in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: The successful candidate must possess; 3-5 years Retail Management experience. Successful demonstration of recruitment and developmental skills. Thrives on multi-tasking and consistently meets deadlines. Ability to travel within assigned territory of Store locations. Proficient in MS Office applications.
